Question Forum Dépannage Électroménager : Melecs 9000 683 387 in a Bosch SMS68M02AU/44 Failure
I have read some of the other Questions put and as I seem to have a combination of a couple of probs I am posting
Thank you all for the info that is available I am in NSW Australia and have a Bosch SMS68M02AU/44
which over the last couple of weeks started to stop cycle around 26mins it would try and restart waste pump would run and all would stop and shutdown panel lights.
Then this week it failed to turn on panel NO lights so I pulled out the control / power module and found the TNY264G with a crack in top also a flash mark across towards a resistor and a diode.
Also the 3w 100 ohm resistor is O/C broken.
So what is your suggestions as I find the Bosch to be an excellent Dwasher I have been a Electronics repair person since the 60s I have found that sometimes when the components flash over they take out other parts hence my adding the post.

Hi Dave,
the 100R resistor blown up as it acts as a fuse to protect the board when TNY shorted
the TNY power switcher failed because pulse voltage on the drain pin rised up above the 700v max specified
i suggest you first to clean up the power switcher area then to check the 5 components located here that is to say
resistors 100r and 200r
zener diode ref L9 ( test it in situ like any other diode)
driver transistor 6c
decoupling cap 47nf type Z7R/63v (value ins not critical from 22 nf to 100 nf).
